When something looks stuck

A sync badge that will not clear, a photo that would not read, or a change that did not take — the quick fixes to try first.

Most "stuck" moments are the sync queue waiting for a connection. A badge shows what has not uploaded. Give it a moment after you are back online before worrying — it drains on its own, and your offline work is saved on the phone, never lost.

If a badge will not clear, check that you actually have a working connection, then reopen the app. Open the sync sheet to see what is waiting and to retry. Counts, photos, and pull check-offs all catch up once you are truly back online.

Now and then a change made offline cannot land — the lot was removed on the server while you were out of range, or your edit conflicts with one already saved. The sync sheet tells you which, so you can redo it against the current numbers. Nothing is silently dropped.

A photo that would not draft a count is almost always light or focus. Retake it in better light, filling the frame with the block, and try again. A photo that cannot be read never counts against your monthly allowance — you are only metered on drafts that come back, and you can always type the count in by hand.

A published list looks wrong? Remember it is frozen on purpose — a published version never changes, so a buyer sees exactly what you sent. To fix a number, publish a new version; the old link keeps serving its snapshot.

Still stuck? When Contact support is set up, it sits at the top of the Help screen and opens an email with your account details filled in, so we can help faster. A real person reads it.
