Your plan, your usage, and your options live on the Plan and billing screen. It always shows the current price for each plan, so you never have to guess and we never make you hunt for a number.
Checkout, plan changes, and cancellations happen on a secure web page — you manage billing there and come right back. Lowering a price applies to everyone; a list increase only ever affects new sign-ups, and existing customers are protected.
A nursery is a season business, so there is an off-season pause: a low-cost winter mode for the slow months. Everything goes read-only with downloadable archives, and your published availability links keep serving so a buyer’s bookmark never breaks.
While paused, order requests still accumulate — a buyer sees that you open for the season soon and their request is saved — and accepting waits until you resume. Your spring reboot list, last season’s buyers and what they bought, is ready for February.
Cancelling is not a cliff. Nothing is deleted; your account moves to Free and stays readable, and you can export everything — catalog, counts, orders, invoices, statements, and your subscriber list — free, on every plan, forever. The pause price is on the Plan and billing screen.
