Getting your records out, or closing your account

Your records are yours. Export is free on every plan and it survives cancellation — leaving is never held over you, and nothing you built is locked in.

A few exports are one tap today. Your subscriber list exports to a CSV from the Subscribers screen. Every availability list you publish gives you a share link, a printable PDF, and a CSV of the list itself, so your catalog and prices travel with you.

For a full copy of everything at once — catalog, counts, orders, invoices, statements, and your buyer records together — reach us from the email address on your account and we will put it together for you.

Closing your account is permanent: it removes your business data — catalog, lots, counts, photos, lists, orders, tickets, invoices, statements, buyer records, and your subscriber list. Ask us from the address on your account and we will run it for you.

Deletion is not instant, on purpose. An owner account is scheduled after a short grace window, so a change of heart is not final, and everything is fully removed within 30 days — except the payment records that tax and accounting law require us to keep for a while.
